phone and text messages of juror Michael Desronvil, who reportedly held a
dissenting position during the case's deliberations.
Defense attorney Kevin Reddington also requested access to
the video recordings of the jury room to examine the jurors' movements and

The legal team seeks to obtain additional information about
the jury's actions and Desronvil's communications, although any access to
personal devices, private messages, or recordings of the deliberations will be
