President Trump urges the Supreme Court to "end the
quagmire caused by the radical left" after a Biden-appointed federal judge
blocked the deportation of illegal immigrants to South Sudan.
The Trump administration erupted in frustration after Judge
Brian Murphy, President Biden's nominee to the U.S. District Court in
Massachusetts, halted the flight, claiming it "unquestionably"
violated one of his previous rulings.
In April, Murphy ruled that deportable foreigners must be given
the opportunity to argue that their safety would be at risk if deported to a
country other than their own. That decision already blocked flights to Libya
earlier this month, and has now been extended to South Sudan.
