A federal judge ruled Wednesday that the Trump
administration clearly violated a court order by rapidly deporting immigrants
to South Sudan.
The rebuke by Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Brian
Murphy stands as one of the most significant challenges to date to President
Donald Trump's deportation agenda, highlighting the ongoing tension between
executive authority and judicial oversight, Axios reported.
Those deported must have access to legal assistance and a
private interview based on reasonable fear, with at least 72 hours' notice,
Murphy stated in a court order Wednesday, the outlet reported.
