House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan is developing
a plan to defund the judges he calls "anti-MAGA" who are obstructing
Donald Trump's agenda.
The influential Ohio Republican and staunch Trump ally has
grown frustrated with the "political" district judges who have been
blocking executive actions aimed at cutting government spending, deporting
undocumented immigrants, and freezing foreign aid.
Since his term began, 15 lower court injunctions have slowed
White House initiatives—more than the total during Joe Biden's entire term (14)
and President Barack Obama's two terms combined (12).
