United States Uses B-1 Bomber in Attack on Iranian Revolutionary Guard Targets

The United States deployed a long-range B-1 strategic bomber on Tuesday to strike targets linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Iran, in what is reported to be the first such mission since the resumption of hostilities 12 days ago.

According to available information, the deployment represents an escalation in military operations due to the B-1's ability to carry a wide payload of conventional bombs and cruise missiles for long-range attacks.

Reports indicate that the aircraft took off from a military base in the United Kingdom before carrying out the mission against the designated targets in Iranian territory.

The use of this type of bomber reflects an increase in the intensity of military operations in the context of the ongoing conflict between the United States and Iran.
