The Justice Department says there is no evidence that Jeffrey Epstein kept a "client list."

Attorney General Pam Bondi is under scrutiny after the Department of Justice issued a statement saying there was no evidence that the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein kept a "client list" or that he was murdered.

The memo, initially reported by Axios, stated that investigators found "no incriminating 'client list'" or "any credible evidence... that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals."

It also stated that video evidence from the Manhattan jail where Epstein was being held at the time of his death supported a medical examiner's conclusion that he committed suicide. Rumors about Epstein's alleged client list have spread since the infamous financier died while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges in 2019, with some speculating that it implicates well-known figures in sex crimes.
