Swart refused to organize protests in Los Angeles against ICE because they do not want to get involved in any type of illegal activity.

Amid rising tensions over the perpetrators of the violent anti-ICE riots, a California-based company specializing in organizing on-demand protest crowds says there are ways to distinguish between hired protesters and natural participants.

“We receive inquiries about virtually every important social cause imaginable, and anti-ICE protests are no exception,” Adam Swart, CEO and founder of Crowds on Demand, told Fox News Digital. “Just because we receive requests doesn’t mean we accept them—in many cases, it’s because the budget isn’t up to the ambition.”

Swart also told the outlet that his company has received “numerous high-budget requests” related to anti-ICE protests, but those offers were rejected because they “don’t want to engage in any type of illegal activity, such as violence, vandalism, or blocking roads without a permit.”

Swart, who founded Crowds on Demand in 2012 while a student at UCLA with the goal of "changing the way advocacy is done," explained how his company supports various causes and how to identify if protests are connected to other companies or organizations.
