More than 390 drones were launched overnight against the
Moscow region in what appears to be a new Ukrainian offensive targeting
logistics infrastructure, although the impacts occurred in other locations.
In Kaledino, near Podolsk, one of the drones caused a large
fire in an 18,300-square-meter logistics warehouse that supplies chains such as
Auchan and Magnit. The building is located next to one of Wildberries' main
distribution centers, which stated that its operations continue as normal.
Another drone struck the upper floors of a residential
building in Chekhov, damaging balconies and two apartments. No injuries were
reported.
Debris from the drone also caused a tire fire at a rubber
recycling plant.
Russian authorities are continuing to assess the damage
following the wave of attacks.
