Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to New
York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani's statements regarding the potential arrest of
the Israeli leader, accusing the New York politician of supporting Hamas.
In his remarks, Netanyahu questioned Mamdani's stance,
asserting that the mayor was "supporting the Hamas murderers." The
Israeli prime minister further maintained that Mamdani was aligning himself
with "criminals" and questioned the potential consequences of his
position for the citizens of New York.
"He is supporting the Hamas murderers. Mamdani is
aligning himself with the criminals, with these murderers," Netanyahu
stated.
The confrontation comes amidst deep political differences
