Amid escalating tensions between Iran and the United States, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has drawn attention by incorporating written messages on some of its missiles, directed at US President Donald Trump.
The inscriptions, disseminated in images and videos by media
outlets close to the Iranian military and shared on social media, are part of a
communication strategy with strong symbolic and propagandistic content. The
messages aim to send a political and military warning, as well as reinforce the
narrative that Tehran is prepared to respond to any action it considers a
threat to its territory or interests.
International security analysts point out that these actions
not only represent a demonstration of military capability, but also a way to
project strength to the international community and influence public
perception, both within Iran and abroad.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, considered the main
military and ideological arm of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has on several
occasions used messages and slogans on its military equipment as part of its
communication strategy during periods of high geopolitical tension.
