Texans allowed to sue vaccine makers

The debate over vaccines, their benefits and dangers, continues, and perhaps with greater intensity, in the United States.

The arrival of the Trump administration has allowed for a clear discussion of the growing doubts among citizens about the already shattered trust in vaccines, once a source of hope for a healthy life, and now a lack of trust in their goodwill.

Related to the above, the Texas House of Representatives passed HB 3441, which allows Texans to sue vaccine manufacturers whose advertising causes injury or harm.

This measure comes as CDC data shows that 2,665,796 vaccine-related adverse events have been recorded since 1990, the vast majority related to COVID-19 vaccines. Reports Jon Fleetwood.
