Las Vegas police have made an arrest in connection with the
"targeted attack" on a Tesla crash site.
Paul Kim, 36, was charged with 15 counts, including arson
and possession of an explosive device.
"He used what appeared to be multiple Molotov cocktails
and firearms to carry out the attack," Las Vegas Police Department Deputy
Commissioner Dori Koren said.
