Content creator Nick Shirley revealed an unusual situation
after visiting a supposed senior living facility valued at approximately $19.8
million in California. According to his testimony, supported by a video, the
facility, which should house senior citizens, was completely empty, with no
trace of residents or visible activity.
During his visit, Shirley noted that he found no clear
information about the admission or enrollment process, which is strange for an
establishment of this type. He also demonstrated that the phone number provided
was either not working or did not connect to any office, which increased his
doubts about the legitimacy of the facility.
Another detail that caught his attention was the presence of
a luxury car, specifically a new BMW, parked outside, which contrasted sharply
with the total absence of staff and residents. These elements, taken together,
led the creator to demonstrate that this was an obvious case of fraud or a
opaque operation, raising questions about the true purpose of the property and
the lack of oversight in this type of facility, in a state with a governor
already known for the misuse of government resources.
