Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on the Democrats' launch of a master tracking

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard issued a harsh criticism of the Democratic Party following the announcement of the launch of a master tracking system for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). According to Gabbard, this initiative reflects a dangerous departure from the country's founding principles.

"This reminds me why I—and many others—decided to leave the Democratic Party," she said. "It seems the party is more interested in protecting criminals, cartel and gang members, people who cause untold harm, than in defending the true victims."

The official noted that the Democrats' actions not only jeopardize national security but also expose those working on the front lines. "By implementing this system, they are targeting ICE agents, men and women who risk their lives every day to keep our communities safe," she emphasized.

Gabbard concluded her statement with an emphatic message about the values that, in her opinion, should guide the government's decisions: "These are not the values of our country. The United States has always stood for justice and the security of its citizens; any measure that weakens that commitment is a step in the wrong direction."
