Habba issued a statement regarding the arrest of Newark, New Jersey, Mayor Ras
Baraka, after he and other Democrats recently broke into an Immigration and
Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in the state:
"Newark Mayor Ras Baraka trespassed on private property
and ignored multiple warnings from Homeland Security Investigations to remove
himself from the ICE detention center in Newark, New Jersey, this
afternoon."
"He has willfully chosen to ignore the law. That will
not be tolerated in this state. He has been taken into custody. NO ONE IS ABOVE
