Eric Trump has verbally criticized special counsel Jack
Smith for actions he allegedly took as part of his investigation into former
President Donald Trump.
During an appearance on Newsmax TV, Eric told guest host
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.) that Smith went through his little brother Barron's
"underwear drawer" and "everything else you can think of."
“They are doing everything they can to take down my father,”
Trump said. "Everyone forgets that Jack Smith's wife was the one who made
the Michelle Obama documentary."
“I mean, isn't it really convenient that she's on Michelle
Obama's team and turns out to be the person going after Donald Trump when, in a
Harvard Harris poll this morning, my dad leads Biden by five points, and in
fact I think it's probably much higher than that," Trump said.
